Hi, I’m Andy

I embed with teams who need fractional but high quality product design support. I turn complex problems into tangible ideas we can test together, then carry the details through to a product people love using.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Your design partner.
Also your designer.

I’m Andy. I like getting into the work.

My background is in industrial design. Understanding how things work, exploring possibilities, and making something tangible still shapes how I design digital products.

I work directly with founders, product managers, and engineers. Often, I’m the project’s entire design team, bringing the experience to make decisions and the craft to carry them through.

05 / DESIGN PROCESS

Right in
the middle.

Andy Hamilton Design uses an iterative approach to design by continuously synthesizing user needs, business goals, and implementation realities as we work to meet your company's goals.

  • User needsIf it doesn't meet a need, no one will use it.
  • Business goalsIf it doesn't make money, it won't be around for long.
  • Implementation realitiesIf it can't be built reasonably, then nothing else matters.
Design at the intersectionThree overlapping circles show user needs, business goals, and implementation realities. The Andy Hamilton Design logo sits at their shared center, representing continuous synthesis of these three perspectives.UserneedsBusinessgoalsImplementationrealities
