Currently, I do design consulting as Andy Hamilton Design, where I help startups and established companies build intuitive and scalable digital experiences. This has included designing systems, testing with prototypes, and iterating toward business goals for clients across a variety of industries.
Previously, I was the first design hire at a real estate tech startup, First.io, where I led the development of a predictive analytics platform. This work directly contributed to the company’s acquisition by RE/MAX in 2019, where I later served as Director of Product Design, overseeing the creation of a unified design system and managing a distributed team of designers.
My background in Industrial Design has allowed me to work in both physical and digital product development. Much of my career has been spent collaborating with companies in healthcare, fin-tech, real estate, and consumer product spaces.
